AMTECAA project, 2020-2022.

The project was carried out in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Centre (AMTC) at university of Birmingham with the overall aim to identify the suitable parameter ranges for Ikeos' Pulse-on-Deman (POD) laser systems in micro- and nano-manufacturing context, with focus on development of a concept of small-size, affordable fabrication tool with potential to be eventually deployed on much wider market than currently.


Material study for Terahertz applications, 2021-2022.

Ikeos' MOPA laser was used in the Optical pump terahertz probe spectroscopy (OPTP) measurements in Department of Physics, University of Warwick in order to extend the limited temporal range of the OPTP from nanoseconds to milliseconds and longer, while retaining sub-nanosecond resolution. A separate pump laser was electrically synchronized to the probe pulses, allowing the pump–probe delay to be controlled with an electronic delay generator.
